Brief: The clients had purchased a 1930s property in need of much renovation. The property was dated and needed a complete overhaul to work for modern family living. We re-configured the ground floor level by adding on a rear extension to create an open planned kitchen / dining and family area. The house needed an additional bedroom so each child could have their own room. So we aded on a dormer loft conversion. The entire process was managed by us from concept, design, detailed design development, through to construction and handover. All furnishings was carried out by the clients. Services carried out: Site measure, concept development, space planning, planning, building control coordination, technical design development, tender management, project management and final handover.
