Brief: The client had purchased this wonderful Edwardian property in South West London which had been used as a rental let for the last 20 years. The home was a fresh start for her to make some new memories along with an interior that just spoke to her, so this was a very personal project from the get go. The property boasted of 3 levels, ground, first and loft. The ground floor was reconfigured to suit a modern open plan arrangement that had a strong link to the garden

The property underwent a full internal strip-out with ground floor extension, internal refurbishment to all rooms, inclusive of 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, WC and bespoke fitted joinery through-out. The entire process was managed by us from concept design, detailed design development, through to construction and handover. Services carried out: Site measure, concept development, space planning, planning, building control co-ordination, Structural co-ordination, technical design development, tender management, project management and final handover.
