Brief: The family had purchased a victorian property which was in need of modernisation, however structurally sound with a practical internal layout that worked well for their growing family needs. The property boasted a good sized garden which in turn led to the planning and design of their garden home office.

The property underwent a full internal strip-out with exception to the kitchen (which is phase 2 of their project) and internal decoration through-out, inclusive of a new bathroom and bespoke fitted joinery. The entire process was managed by us from concept design, detailed design development, through to construction and handover. Services carried out: Site measure, concept development, space planning, planning, building control coordination, technical design development, tender management, project management and final handover.
